Accuracy is implemented in accordance with the DIN 6499​ standard.
Base Material:​ 20CrMnTi (Case-hardening alloy steel)
Hardness:​ HRC 5458 with carburizing depth > 0.8 mm
To ensure effective coolant sealing, it is recommended to use a sized shank​ (shank tolerance: h6).
The clamping length​ of the tool shank must be greater than or equal to​ the bore length of the collet to achieve the coolant-sealing function.
The diameter of the tool being clamped must not exceed​ the collet's maximum clamping diameter.
